does anyone else get weirded out when adults (aka, like, people in their twenties) refer to their peers as “kids”? Like, “hey, he’s a good kid.” or, “what’s going on, kids?” It reminds me of some weird way too old lead singer of a pop-punk band talking to his fourteen year old girl fans. is that totally off base? I don’t know, that’s just how I feel. I need to go to sleep.
